Steps to Quick and Safe Weight Loss:
- Step 1 Start and immediate exercise routine either at the gym or at home
- Step 2 Drink at least eight glasses of pure water a day (no soda)
- Step 3 Consider fat burning supplements
- Step 4 Walk everywhere and instead of the elevator use the stairs. Don't email your Workmate next door, but walk to their office
- Step 5 Start a diet consisting of lean proteins (skinless chicken) green vegetables, healthy nuts (almonds), and healthy fats (salmon-Omega 3, olive oil, flax seed)
